     The greatest business opportunities in existence are found in the Casa da Vida's Regional Partnerships® (patent pending). Carefully examine each and every aspect of this system and please notify us immediately if you find any flaw. Any. There are no franchises, not even the extreme priced ones like "McDonald's" and "Burger King", that even come close to offering the economic opportunity of Casa da Vida. 

     Each Regional Partnership® is granted an exclusive marketing area. But the world is a big place. In it's ultimate manifestation, Casa da Vida Partnerships will be in every populous of 50,000 or more across the country, as ubiquitous as "McDonald's." The most exciting aspect is the opportunity for growth. Few industries today are in the position to capitalize on such a niche market, but a niche that will continually expand with consumer awareness. Casa da Vida not only has the best building and air processor technologies on the market today, but the structure of the business system sets it apart from even the best of the fast food franchises. But Casa da Vida is not a franchise, rather each Regional Partnership® is, as the name implies, owned in partnership with Casa da Vida, Inc. This concept is important because Casa da Vida, Inc.,  extends a license of the business system, complete with product licensing, training, construction licenses, product liability insurance, commercial liability insurance, workman's comp, and bonding -every aspect of the business is provided including the accounting. A business model predicated on 24 years of experience in the construction arena multiplied exponentially times the information age delivery system. 

     Our centralized CPA firm processes all payroll, receivables, payables, 1099's, and taxes for all the Casa da Vida corporations. All of the partnerships are C-corps. This system allows the partner to concentrate on two things: marketing and project management. Being free of the intense paperwork burden creates a much more efficient organization and also creates strong internal financial controls. Independent yearly CPA audits, and the ensuing comfort letters, position the Casa da Vida companies as prime candidates for an IPO or for acquisition by a large public corporation. All financial systems are in place and have full oversight to SEC compliance standards. Everything is therefore moral, ethical, honest, and beyond reproach.

     Metcalfe's Law states that the economic value of a business is the square of the number in the network. That exponential growth potential creates the true value of any network. But in stark contrast to multi-level network marketing, everyone in the Casa da Vida system participates on the same level. Our formula for extreme growth is predicated on our ability to serve more people, and to serve more people on each side of the equation- we serve the consumer with a product that promotes healthy living, and we serve the regional partners.  The more partners in the network and the more units sold increases the value of the total Casa da Vida system exponentially. Everybody wins, both consumers and partners. 

     The most sensational aspect is that there is no fee to become a Regional Partner. It is totally free at this time. After the national product launch, a one time licensing fee will become applicable, starting at $20,000, based on demographics. No franchise fees. No stock purchase. The rules are simple. They are, basically: 

  • Partners have to abide by the business system- this ensures total quality control nationwide and internationally
  • Partners cannot compete with Casa da Vida in any fashion nor go into competition against Casa da Vida, nor reveal proprietary information or technologies to outsiders- ie. a builder cannot build conventional houses and be a Partner. It's all or nothing.  
  • The only financial requirement is that each Partner must finance their own cash flow. That's it. 
  • 50% of the stock in each Regional Partnership® is owned by the partner(s), the other 50% by Casa da Vida, Inc.
  • Violate the Partnership Agreement, lose the partnership- it's that simple. We allow no funny business, no funny-money games. If you even think about being dishonest, don't call, for if you steal from the partnership, you'll go to jail. This is our great opportunity and it will not be jeopardized by cheaters.

     A Casa da Vida partnership is not for everybody, neither is the Casa da Vida. But the opportunity exists for those who understand the true nature and value of the system, and the potential for extreme growth.

     Market analysis reveals that up to 50% of the 285 million population of the US suffer from allergies and/or asthma. Out of this 142.5 million target market, if an improbably low statistical value of 1% is assigned as a buying segment, that would equal 1.425 million units sold. We can't build that many houses, meaning demand vastly exceeds supply. The market analysis further projects the sale of 10 units per year per 50,000 population, if marketed only through the medical community to asthmatics and severe allergy patients, at an average sales price per unit of $200,000. The average partnership is projected to be an exclusive marketing area of 150,000 people, so average sales per partnership will be 30 units per year X $200,000 per unit= $6 million in revenues. A profit margin of 30% is built into the system, so average earnings per partnership are projected @ $1.8 million EBIT.  

     In addition, sales of the CVI series Air Processor are an important source of revenue. The partnership earns a 20% sales commission on each CVI Air Processor, with a projected 100 units for per year per 50,000 population, so the average partnership will realize a projected $300,000 earnings EBIT per annum from the sales of the CVI Air Processors.

     Competition is an inevitable component of any viable business. The Casa da Vida System has built-in mechanisms protecting against copycats. Some of them are:

  1. Disruptive technology- the national builders have no interest in this model for it doesn't conform to their way of doing business. They already have a formula for success. A small builder will not be able to compete in technology or cost. They would have to stop what they're doing, investigate how a Casa da Vida is built, spend a lot of time in the learning curve, and then realize that their inferior product costs twice as much. The Casa da Vida System has the security of intellectual property, corporate training which eliminates the learning curve, and mass merchandising. 
  2. Mass Purchasing- Casa da Vida products are purchased in lots of 5,000 components, creating economy of scale. A local builder would be buying in lots of 1 or 2, thus having to pay retail. They cannot compete on a cost basis.
  3. Branding- by name recognition Casa da Vida will be the bellweather. Why buy a knock-off when you can buy the real thing for less money?
  4. Networking- we have a nationwide network of partners that are all pulling together, in the same direction, for mutual benefit. In stark contrast to MLM, only one level exists, and all partners are at that level. 
  5. Centralized accounting- streamlines the business process and lowers costs. Instead of each partnership having to hire CPA's and tax accountants, having one CPA firm with full oversight and external audits provide security, eases everyone's workload, while lowering costs.  
  6. Insurance Umbrella- covers all partnerships for commercial liability, product liability and workman's comp. 
  7. Licensing- General Contractor's licenses extended to all partnerships nationwide. 

     Two requisites of extreme economic growth are networking and the ability to serve more people. Both of these conditions are met in the Casa da Vida System. Our nationwide network of partners serve as a support group with education, training, and cost saving techniques. And we have unparalleled ability to serve more people from both sides of the equation. From the consumer standpoint, Casa da Vida equates to quality of life, delivered at a lower price than anyone thought possible. The entrepreneur is served an opportunity that does not otherwise exist, allowing more people to participate. Hundreds of regional partners are going to become multi-millionaires.
