• The house is divided into two levels: the downstairs level has a large living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom (bathtub/shower, sink, bidet, WC), a guest bathroom (shower, sink, WC), and access to the yard. The upstairs level has a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower, sink, WC), a living area (with wood fireplace), an open-plan kitchen, and access to the upstairs terrace.

• The upstairs southwest-facing terrace has ocean views and is a great spot for watching the sunset and stargazing.
